What you'll do:

Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds. Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations Keep it clean. You treat your tables like they're in your own home. Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems) Availability to work weekends and some holidays Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
