Basic Function This position assists the Quality Assurance department with various duties fulfilling customer requests and documentation needs. Main responsibilities include routine communication with the sales and customer service teams, submitting documentation requests, reviewing specifications, and preparing audit documents. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Work directly with Director of Food Safety and Quality to assure all aspects of quality control standards are upheld \xc2\xb7 Champion and foster a Food Safety and Quality culture \xc2\xb7 Conduct onsite Food Safety and Quality trainings as necessary (including new hire food safety orientation) \xc2\xb7 Maintain the Food Safety and Quality Management System documents and the Master Document List \xc2\xb7 Review quality control and food safety documentation to identify compliance and process improvements \xc2\xb7 Responsible verifying CCPs and PCs documentation \xc2\xb7 Responsible for providing production with timely feedback regarding customer requests and complaints \xc2\xb7 Develop strong partnership with plant management, production, planning, transportation, and inventory control. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for executing customer request forms and specifications \xc2\xb7 Responsible for accurately completing record for submission in a timely basis \xc2\xb7 Participate in reviews of quality / food safety issues and complaints. \xc2\xb7 Assist in audit preparation \xc2\xb7 Perform special projects that develop and foster a culture of food safety and quality \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned \xc2\xb7 Qualified candidates must willing to work any shift adopted by the Company to meet the needs of the business, including days, nights, weekends and swing shift \xc2\xb7 Weekend hours are required depending on business needs Must be able to work cooperatively with other associates in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to adapt and be flexible for changes in work routine. Skills

Relocation assistance is not available with this position. Job Type: Temporary Pay: $66,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year Schedule:
