Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Tree Farm Laborer to join our tree & shrub production team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape and a willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks on the farm. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical stamina as well as mechanical knowledge to operate farm equipment effectively. Hard work and good attitude are rewarded here! We have very low turnover, and room to grow.
Duties
Assist in daily operations as detailed by your foreman, including planting, weeding, various required hard work tasks throughout the farm. Listen to your supervisor, follow instructions.
Requirements
Previous experience in tree farming or landscape. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions. Be on time. Be reliable. Be respectful. Work hard. Get ahead and earn more.
