What You'll Do

As a Family Service Supervisor, you'll lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to helping families plan meaningful memorial experiences. Your responsibilities will include:


Coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Family Service Advisors Leading daily team meetings to review performance and provide development feedback Ensuring consistent prospecting and presentation activity across your team Observing and refining sales presentations to ensure excellence in service Tracking leads, referrals, closing ratios, and follow-up outcomes Reporting daily to the Sales Manager with updates and strategic input

What You Bring

4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of closing 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Additional Requirements

First-Year Projected Compensation: $75,000 - $175,000
