:

Easterseals ISO program offers intensive support, parenting skills training, supervised family visits and education to children and their families. The program serves children birth-21 years of age that have been identified by DCYF or DJJS to be in need of services.



In this position you will support children and families in Manchester, NH!

Responsibilities

: Family Outreach Workers provide support to children and families at risk. You will be responsible for assessing ad documenting visits, following approved treatments plans and arranging for suitable age appropriate activities during family time.

Qualifications

:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field of study Two years of experience working with children and families. A valid driver's license reliable transportation, Auto Insurance.

Compensation:

$62,230.00 per year

Hours

: Full Time 40 hours, Monday - Friday, with some evenings and rotating on-call schedule.
