We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality primary care services to pediatric and adult patients Manage a daily patient panel of

at least 18 patients per day

. Deliver chronic pain management services with a compassionate and evidence-based approach. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience

in a similar outpatient setting Demonstrated experience in

chronic pain management

. Active

DEA license

required prior to start date. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Details:

Credentialing process takes approximately

45-60 days
