We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) team.
This position will work collaboratively in our FQHC Primary Care and School Based Health Center. You will practice under established protocols and policies. You will also assume independent responsibilities in the assessment, diagnosis, and the initiation of treatment. In this position you provide holistic primary medical care for families and clients across the lifespan, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic diseases.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a certified nurse practitioner school.
- Nurse Practitioner licensure as a family nurse practitioner in the State of Oregon.
- Driver\'s License.
