What You'll Do

Provide

primary and urgent care services

virtually (chat + video) and in-person (patient homes or workplaces) Provide and document visits, histories, referrals, labs, and follow-ups in the EHR Help patients understand and manage medications Perform (or learn to perform)

basic procedures like blood draws or cryo therapy

Build trusted relationships with patients and help them feel healthier and happier
What We're Looking For

Licensure

: FNP-C, APRN, and RN licensure per the WI and/or MN Board of Nursing, active

Certifications

: Current BLS

Experience

: 1+ year in family practice and/or urgent care with pediatric experience

Education

: Graduate of an accredited FNP program (Master's required) This role requires in-person home visits. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation

Clinic Hours:

8am-7pm weekdays; 10am-2pm weekends (weekends are virtual only)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
