Schedule:

Monday - Wednesday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

(Optional additional days: Thursday & Friday at our Douglasville and Atlanta offices if available)

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our community-based healthcare team in Marietta, GA. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within the community. The FNP will work onsite in Marietta, with the opportunity for additional hours at our Douglasville and Atlanta offices if desired.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings


Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions


Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate


Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care and health maintenance


Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care


Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia


Board Certified FNP (ANCC or AANP)


Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered)


Strong communication and interpersonal skills
