We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our integrated healthcare system. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:

• Oversee a patient panel of approximately 300-500 patients
• Work in a busy practice with a strong Family Medicine referral base
• Collaborate with a team of 12 Providers, including 6 physicians, 5 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Valid state medical license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
