We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner at a school-based health center northwest of Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:

• Examines and treats patients to assure continuity of care.
• Makes assessment of each patient, including medical history, allergies, and psycho-social problems.
• Reviews abnormal lab values and plans appropriate treatment.
• Identifies patient needs for teaching and referrals.
• Develops patient care plans based on mutual goals.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License; FNP or PNP
• Masters in Nursing
• Board Certification in appropriate discipline
• Current CPR Certification
• Driver License required
• Pediatrics Experience Preferred
