Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

Active Florida Bar member or willing to waive in/sit for the FL bar Demonstrated family law experience (quality over quantity) Passion for litigation and courtroom work Excellent written/verbal communication Organization and attention to detail Microsoft Office proficiency (Clio experience is a plus) Zoom/virtual hearing proficiency

What You'll Actually Do

Manage caseload of family law matters (divorce, custody, alimony, support, modifications, paternity, domestic violence) Develop case strategies fit to client needs Handle various family law cases Provide client-centered legal advice Translate legal concepts into clear, compassionate advice Represent clients in court, hearings, trials, mediations Draft, review, and prepare legal documents Collaborate with paralegals/support staff and mentor junior team members
