Family Care Coordinator (foster Care Specialist)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Family Care Coordinator assists Foster Parents and supervisory staff in the delivery of Foster Care Services. Critical job functions include observation, teaching, support, implementation of the service plan, and communication with the client, Foster Families, and Apex Staff and other members of the treatment team. The Family Care Coordinator will also assist individuals served in identifying and accessing community supports and services.

Qualified individuals will have
-Bachelor's Degree preferred, combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered
-excellent verbal and written communication skills
-ability to problem solve issues in a timely manner
-valid driver's license
-good driving record
-ability to successfully pass pre-employment background screenings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $44,500.00 per year
