Due to the available budget allocated for this position, the hiring rate will not exceed $22.13 per hour.

The Family Assistance Analyst will:



Process complex eligibility determinations for multiple income support programs;



Provide employment assistance to a diverse population.



How does it get done?



The Family Assistance Analyst is responsible for:



Providing case management in compliance with federal and state regulations, performance measures, and mandated timeliness;



Coordinating client utilization of multiple public assistance programs which may contain conflicting eligibility criteria.

Income Support Division (ISD) clients;



ISD management.

Minimum Qualification



High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years experience in eligibility determination/interviewing, clerical work, customer service, and/or data entry. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling two (2) years may substitute for the required education and experience.

Employment Requirements



Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Working Conditions



Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
