The Factory Controller / Financial Analyst is responsible for managing all commercial and financial controlling aspects of the Fort Payne Plant. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports operational decision-making, and drives digital transformation initiatives within the plant's controlling environment.

How You'll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

Manage financial and commercial operations for the Fort Payne Plant, including cost center reporting, month-end activities, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide accurate financial reporting and insights into key metrics such as Manufacturing Load Hours, Revenue, Productivity, Profit details analysis. Drive digital transformation by implementing modern tools and supporting process automation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deliver monthly operational reviews and ad hoc management reports.

What You Bring (requirements)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, forecasting, and cost center management. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO, Hyperion, and Excel. Proven ability to standardize financial processes and drive continuous improvement. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally. Experience in manufacturing or plant operations environment. Knowledge of productivity reporting and variance analysis. Familiarity with digitalization projects and financial automation tools. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
