The Role
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for maintenance and repair? Join our team as a Facilities Technician Lead and play a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, efficient, and running smoothly!
Schedule
Monday - Friday - 7 AM - 4 PM + on-call rotation for emergencies.
Job Responsibilities
Assist Various Locations - Serve as the go-to expert for repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
Be An Expert - Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more - no two days are the same.
Ensure Quick Response Times - Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
Routine Inspections - Conduct routine inspections of building systems (lighting, security, fire safety).
Project Management - Oversee vendor repairs and facility improvement projects.
Foster Teamwork - Work with the Health & Safety Team to ensure top-notch environmental standards.
Daily Travel - Work independently & as part of a team in a supportive environment.
Create Safe Environments - Play a key role in creating safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces.
Candidate Qualifications
Certification - Technical training or certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field.
Experience - 3+ years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
Skills - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Travel - Valid Driver's License (travel between locations required).
Essential Requirements - Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on-call shifts, and respond to emergencies.
