Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment to support operational efficiency Accurately track, inventory, and maintain all company-owned production equipment and supplies Ensure production teams are equipped with fully functional tools and materials for daily schedules Perform minor repairs on vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime Monitor and replenish consumable materials to meet operational demands Maintain OSHA compliance and uphold safety standards across all facility areas Collaborate with Accounting to resolve discrepancies in invoices, packing slips, and receiving reports Recommend equipment replacements or additions based on usage and condition assessments Provide safe and appropriate storage solutions for all materials and equipment Evaluate and improve warehouse systems and procedures for optimal performance Support production staff during after-hours and storm-related events as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

A high school diploma or GED (bonus points for an associate's degree!) 5-7 years of warehouse or shop experience (or 3+ with a degree) A knack for planning, organizing, and communicating like a pro Tech-savviness with MS Word and Excel The ability to lift up to 75 lbs and still smile
