The

Facilities Manager

is responsible formaintaining company-owned properties that are both commercial and residential. This position requires comfortable troubleshooting and technical knowledge of equipment. Facilities are responsible for the interior and exterior of our properties. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the face our clients see when something needs repaired or assessed.

Facilities Manager Responsibilities

Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventative maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty inoperative components and parts

Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions

Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implements production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolves problems in a timely fashion

Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations

Facilities Manager Qualifications

4+ years of Maintenance experience (2+ years supervisory experience, preferred)

Experience servicing commercial and residential properties preferred

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent organization and communication skills

Attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
