$19-$23/hour

Schedule:

Early first shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), fully onsite.

Role Summary

The

Facility Maintenance Technician

performs routine preventative building maintenance, general upkeep, and minor repairs. Tasks include:
Painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry Equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing Office furniture repair, moving, installation, cleaning Landscaping and general upkeep
This role is

physically demanding

and requires resilience, strong mechanical skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Expect:

10,000-20,000 steps per day

Lifting up to

100 lbs

Back-to-back work orders

Key Responsibilities

Complete facility maintenance task requests promptly and efficiently Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns professionally Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients Provide updates on progress, challenges, and achievements Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Minimum

1+ years

in facilities, construction, janitorial, moving, or similar Ability to lift up to

100 lbs repeatedly

and maintain high physical activity Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools daily Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take direction well Customer and service-focused with strong communication skills Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license required
