Facility Leader

Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 with quarterly bonus opportunity.

3&D Personal Training is a rapidly growing fitness company and one of the only 100% small group personal training facilities in Delaware. We have been in business for over 4 years, and we are excited to expand our team!

We are opening our second location, and we're looking for a Facility Leader to help lead our newest location in hopes of turning Delaware into a "Blue Zone" where it is common to be healthy into your later decades.

, you will be the driving force behind our programs, leading our coaching team and shaping the future of a healthier, happier, and stronger Delaware community.

Your Mission as Facility Leader:

Control the Member Experience:

Coach, guide, and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals, but also feel part of a family-driven, results-focused community.

Drive Membership Growth:

Proactively contact prospective members, conduct phone calls and in-person roadmap meetings, identify goals and obstacles, and confidently recommend the appropriate training solution.

Own the Program:

From program execution to member conversion and staff onboarding, this is your location and program to run!

Lead & Develop Coaches:

Mentor, educate, and inspire our coaching staff to deliver industry-leading training while upholding 3&D's commitment to shaping Delaware.

Set the Standard:

Be the example of

energy, discipline, and professionalism

, driving a culture of

hard work, consistency, and relentless improvement.

Lead From the Front:

Whether it's coaching sessions, program development, or team meetings, your leadership will influence

everything that happens in the program.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Leader:

You have experience developing

teams

and driving a culture of excellence.

Knowledgeable:

You are a lifelong learner with a growth mindset who wants to evolve within the fitness industry

Action Taker:

You need to be the type of person who is proactive and gets joy out of getting things done

Personable:

You know how to

motivate, inspire, and connect

with both members and coaches.

Batteries included:

You must be motivated, positive, and high(er) energy.

Certified & Experienced:

2+ years of coaching experience

(leadership experience preferred).

Bachelor's degree in a related field

preferred.

CSCS, CFSC, NASM, ACSM, or ACE certifications

are a plus.

CPR/AED certification required.

No weekends

AM shift (6:00 am to 11:00 pm)
