Facilities Technician

We are a long-term, growing company seeking

Facilities Technicians

to join our team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with competitive pay, health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and more. While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated candidates.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. Must be able to travel to multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair facilities equipment, including electrical, electronic, mechanical, plumbing, and control systems. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform scheduled maintenance. Support general facilities maintenance activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (trade/technical school preferred). Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques for restaurant facilities.

Preferred Skills:

Mechanical and basic electrical aptitude. Knowledge of standard safety procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Reliable attendance.

Working Conditions:

Restaurant environment with exposure to weather, heat, cold, grease, and noise. May include weekends and overtime as required.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently move or lift items up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs. Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting required. Prolonged standing and walking. Ability to work at heights using ladders, mezzanines, and aerial lifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $17-$24 per hour, based on experience. 401(k) with company contribution. Health insurance. Paid sick time and vacation. Employee discount program.

Work Location:

Multiple sites (not remote).
