Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Tech 3 is responsible for assisting in maintenance and repairs of grounds, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, HVAC, clean up after projects, snow removal, computer functions (Microsoft office and other maintenance databases), preventative maintenance, cost estimates, and general maintenance of Ogden Clinic locations and facilities. This position acts as a resource for other Facilities employees.
