Your Role on Our Team

• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot commercial HVAC, Pneumatic, Fire Suppression, and Plumbing systems.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, valves, and toilets.
• Occasionally perform light carpentry, cubical and furniture assembly, painting, wall repair, and other miscellaneous repairs.
• Perform maintenance to building equipment such as platform lifts, fork trucks, air compressors, and generators.
• Prepare facility for meetings and other gatherings.
• Understand and comply with proper use of fork trucks, lifts, ladders, hand tools, saws, and other required tools and equipment.
• Must be able to work off hours, weekends, and late nights to accommodate last minute projects and immediate building needs.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Requires a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Some Trade school or apprenticeship training.
• Must demonstrate ability to effectively apply good judgment, detail orientation, and independent decision-making skills.
• Basic computer and email skills.
