Pay: $48.50/hr. plus fringe benefit of $12.38/hr.
Hours: Monday to Friday - Time TBD

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Facilities Project Manager to oversee a government contract at a premier government facility. As the Facilities Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our client's operations, while maintaining compliance with government regulations and achieving project objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure the successful execution of all project phases
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns
• Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders, team members, and management
• Lead and motivate project team members to ensure collaboration and alignment toward project goals
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and proactive manner
• Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project managers and team members to support their professional development and growth.
