Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee the deployment and mobilization of Facilities Management (FM) services--including both hard and soft services--across multiple locations for a high-profile Corporate Services account. This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mobilization activities, ensuring all operational, contractual, and service delivery components are launched efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong project and process management expertise, with a deep understanding of FM operations, vendor and subcontractor management, and service contract mobilization. This position requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Incentives
This is a remote position requiring 50-60% travel. It is temporary and expected to last approximately 6-12 months.
