Job Description

Assist Department Manager with identifying and resolving facility deficiencies. Upon request, provide branch/HQ facility needs for repair and maintenance. New branch setup and renovation Provide relocation services and coordination furniture and seating arrangement for end-user. Following up on requests received through Service Channel. Arrange service vendors. (i.e. Janitorial, Shredding, HVAC, Security Guard, Data Management, Lock Smith, Fire Extinguisher, etc.) Prepare and maintain RFP's, bid information, and other contract documents on a project base. Compare bidding cost on building construction, repair, and furniture purchase. Collecting and updating all required service licenses and COI copy from current service providers Maintaining updated all service providers- insurance/ business license/ contactor license. Maintaining updated security guard services- insurance/ firearm license/ PPO license Maintaining updated janitorial services- insurance/ state license Managing HQ storages Arranging a schedule for termite & pest control



Job Qualifications/Requirements





Education/Credentials


Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma

Prior Experience


Minimum Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Technical Skills


Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to vendors, end-users and colleagues. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, departments, and customers Ability to interact effectively and efficiently with internal auditors. Reasoning Skills: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to comprehend variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Computer Skills: Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.




The salary range for this full-time position is $21.64 Hourly - $26.45 Hourly + bonus + benefits



Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location
