The Projects/ Electrical Shop Facilities Manager will be responsible for making repairs and improvements to an already great property. This position must manage a variety of comprehensive programs to meet various needs within the resort and is accountable for overseeing and implementing all facility programs to provide a seamless experience for Members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Responsible for the management and coordination of Members - set schedules, monitor work productivity through HotSOS, and general Member support
Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including but not limited to permits, inspections, material, FF&E, manpower, timelines, and punch lists
Require intimate knowledge of electrical troubleshooting procedures (i.e. systems failures)
Interact with the development team, contractors, facilities, & operational departments
Institute and conduct meetings with electrical Members; provide safety training on a weekly basis
Work closely with other departments for service needs and resolution of issues
Supervise in-house and outsourced personnel for safety and electrical code compliance
Maintain intimate knowledge of all major systems and operations
Establish schedules for repairs and preventative maintenance and ensure that they are adhered to
Review all bids and project requirements
Accurately bid on projects and fully understand the cost of labor and material associated with it
Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) years prior experience in construction and/or electrical experience, preferably for a large-scale, luxury resort/casino
Prior management experience required
Project Management experience preferred
Familiar with all NEC series
Must display and maintain a sense of urgency regarding all Casino business
Knowledge of all electrical systems, low and high voltage
Ability to work a variety of shifts necessary to complete assigned projects
Knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks
Must have good computer skills to maneuver within computer programs on a network, including working knowledge of Word and Excel
Must be able to maintain a monthly budget within the limits provided by the Director
Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and specifications
Ability to handle independent work responsibility and with good judgment
Ability to actively influence and drive collaboration with individuals or groups at various levels within and outside of the organization
Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry Statutes and Regulations
Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the organization through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams
Knowledge of safe working practices for the maintenance trades, including regulatory requirements
Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices
Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high-quality service levels
Strong leadership skills and the ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supervises positions including but not limited to engineers, plumbers, and welders.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
