Job Description

The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of a multi-site manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability. The Facilities Manager leads a team and manages vendor relationships while driving long-term strategies for equipment and infrastructure.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and vendor management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex systems and drive continuous improvement across multiple functions.

  • Lead and develop the facilities and safety team.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and capital projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
  • OSHA or CSP certification desirable.
  • Experience with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
