Job description:

The Maintenance Manager will have the responsibility of overseeing multiple locations to fulfill repair service requests and ensure/maintain company cleanliness standards through the completion of maintenance work, cleaning and janitorial staff management. This job provides benefits, and the hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:oAbility to access and repair electrical, plumbing, and other club issues (lights, ballasts, paint, sinks, showers, etc.).oMaintain the cleanliness of the facility.oPrimary functions require sufficient physical ability including climbing ladders, operating lifts/other equipment, work on rooftops and lifting heavy objects.oBasic computer knowledge.oCompetent in using equipment and tools to maintain and repair our clubs, including plumbing, heating, electrical, and mechanical work.oInitiate preventative maintenance to solve future problems in the club such as corner guards, carpet tears, leaks, drains and caulking.oProvide guidance and supervision and training for our janitorial staff.oBuild a relationship with the club managers to ensure proper communication and timelines for all repairs/parts ordered.oReliable transportation and proof of Insurance.Fitness International, LLC is a fast-paced, fast-growing health club company with over 700 clubs in the U.S. and Canada.
