Overview

Cutting Edge Management is seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated Facilities Manager to support multiple Great Clips salons across Montana and Idaho. This role ensures all 23 salon locations meet corporate, state, and local standards by keeping equipment, fixtures, and building infrastructure in excellent working order. Travel is required and varies.

Technical Skills

Basic carpentry: installation and repair of construction fixtures. Electrical: ability to safely troubleshoot outlets, lighting, and ballasts. Flooring: install/repair laminate, vinyl, and carpet tiles. Mechanical: troubleshoot and repair doors and chair hydraulics. Painting/Drywall: patch, repair, and paint interior walls. Plumbing: repair/replace faucets, sinks, toilets, drains, and water supply issues. Working knowledge of building, electrical, fire, and plumbing codes.

Physical Requirements

Ability to drive long distances in various weather conditions. Lift 70 lbs regularly and up to 120 lbs occasionally. Safely work on ladders up to 16 feet. Availability for occasional night or early-morning work when salons are closed.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
