Are you looking for a job where you can use your talent to repair and maintain equipment? Fashion Cleaners seeks to hire a Plant Maintenance Technician to help keep machines, mechanical equipment and structures in repair at our Omaha NE dry cleaning plant and store locations.

We are looking for a dedicated, dependable, individual for this full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday career opportunity. Competitive hourly rate based upon experience.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, technical aptitude, a valid drivers license, ability to be added to our insurance, and strong attention to detail.

You must be team oriented, punctual and have a have a can-do attitude with a desire to succeed. Salary will be based on experience.



Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Repair machines, equipment, or structures. Maintain or repair specialized equipment or machinery. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
Requirements

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safety and to protect people, data and property. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. Successful completion of motor vehicle record and drug screen checks. Continual use of hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequent standing, walking, and bending. Occasional kneeling, crouching and stooping.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
