The Facilities Maintenance Technician II performs maintenance of buildings and equipment. They also assemble furniture and assist with major repairs as needed. Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform basic maintenance requirements for the facility and supporting equipment
• Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules
• Perform preventive maintenance work as scheduled
• Assemble equipment and furniture when needed
• Perform other maintenance duties as needed
• Perform all work using the proper safety equipment and in a safe manner, work indoors and outdoors, at heights/using a ladder, lift 50 lbs occasionally, on feet for up to 8 hours/day, and be involved in the on-call rotation
• Assist contractors and vendors with major repairs and maintenance of building and its equipment

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Facilities Maintenance
• High School diploma or GED
• Familiarity in building automation system preferred
• Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
• Pay Range: $21.44 - $27.50 per hour.
