Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Facilities Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $37/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Assist with a hospital-wide equipment inventory and preventive maintenance assessment project
• Identify and log various HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment into the RIES system
• Inspect and document equipment conditions and operational status
• Record findings and assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules
• Support facility staff with tagging, organizing, and verifying asset data
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience identifying and inspecting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Must pass background check
