Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include but are not limited to Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including opening and closing procedures Conduct daily property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper function Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting Complete small-scale construction and repair tasks such as tile replacement, door hardware repair, and patching leaks Conduct basic preventative maintenance and minor service on fleet vehicles, including fluid checks, battery replacement, and other light repairs Coordinate larger or specialized repairs through external vendors Respond promptly to internal maintenance requests and resolve basic operational issues Maintain supplies and materials for maintenance tasks; monitor usage and reorder as needed Replace consumables such as light bulbs, air filters, and batteries Assist with setting up or breaking down furniture and equipment for meetings, relocations, or company events Review and approve invoices related to maintenance and repair work Support seasonal maintenance efforts such as winterization, storm clean-up, and exterior upkeep Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations Perform other related duties as assigned Additional

Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in general facility maintenance or related handyman work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment Ability to read basic blueprints, instructions, or repair manuals Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Ability to use digital tools for vendor communication, invoice tracking, and work orders Experience in light vehicle servicing, including routine inspections and small repairs Exposure to multiple trade areas such as HVAC, drywall, or low-voltage electrical Experience supporting corporate facilities, including multi-building or multi-use sites Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical systems Experience using maintenance tracking systems, digital work orders, or inventory tools
Pay: $23.25 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
