Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description
You'll be the go-to technician for ensuring all our stores' equipment runs -- from HVAC systems and walk-in coolers/freezers to 240V fryers, ovens, plumbing, and electrical. You'll troubleshoot, maintain, and make routine repairs, helping us keep operations smooth and costs down.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair
HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
. Respond to maintenance requests at stores and performpreventive and emergency repairs
. Handleplumbing issues
(sinks, toilets, drains). Performelectrical maintenance
up to necessary licensed limits; coordinate licensed contractors for code-required or high-risk work. Maintain service records and communicate with leadership on recurring issues.Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required).
Technical experience
in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing. EPA Section 608 certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 / hour
