Sport Stable, Facility Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities for facility maintenance

Replacing lightbulbs and other electrical work Plumbing (sinks, toilets, etc) Minor HVAC repair and maintenance Performs electrical maintenance and repairs to equipment Performs center wide basic repair in custodial, roads, and grounds Operates and maintains a variety of maintenance associated power tools Collects and disposes of all litter, trash and debris on grounds, streets and parking lots Assists other maintenance staff with necessary maintenance and repairs of Center buildings Performs preventative maintenance and repairs to associated equipment Performs limited repairs of buildings and associated equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure
Qualifications for facility maintenance

Workday is fast paced, some evening and weekend work may be required Eight (8) years (6 years with preferred degree) of progressive light industrial maintenance experience and one (1) year demonstrated experience working with vendors and contracts 5-7 years experience in the repair and maintenance of material handling equipment, conveyors, forklifts, sweepers/scrubbers, auto storage and retrieval system Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Troubleshoots voltages from power source to control level Performs repairs and maintenance on all recordable equipment, including centrifuge units, shaker units, and individual pumps (i.e., centrifugal, trash)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
