Minimum Qualifications
3 of the most recent 5 years' experience performing at least one craft/trade in one of the following:
Carpentry Refrigeration/air conditioning
Electrical or Mechanical maintenance
Desired Qualifications
Working knowledge of multiple trades
Experience with leading a group of maintenance technicians
Experience with Infirmary Health facilities
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Certification in a craft/trade
Responsibilities
--------------------
Develops, coordinates, assigns and manages efficient and cost-effective facility maintenance activities for assigned outlying facilities that meet or exceed Infirmary Health's standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
