What's the job?

Our client is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for CNC equipment, ensure facility systems run reliably, supervise the maintenance team, manage vendors and budgets, and help maintain a safe and compliant workplace. This position also supports EH&S programs, building security, 5S implementation, and facility infrastructure.

What's needed

Education

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience & Skills

Strong experience in CNC machine maintenance (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems troubleshooting Experience leading maintenance teams and motivating staff Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Experience with facility systems, 5S programs, vendor management, and maintenance budgeting

Preferred Certifications

OSHA 30 General Industry NFPA 70E Lean Manufacturing / TPM First Aid / CPR
