Mountain Top Resort is seeking to hire a seasonal full-time Facilities Maintenance worker. This position reports to the Operations Director and helps to perform duties associated with the upkeep of the resort owned buildings as well as the privately owned homes rented to guests.

This job entails, but is not limited to:

Maintaining the buildings and their facilities associated with the resort as deemed appropriate by Resort Management The safe and proper operation of all equipment and tools needed to perform job duties Assess issues with buildings as they arise, and making minor repairs to buildings and facilities as appropriate Perform light plumbing, heating, electrical, and infrastructure repairs as allowed by State of Vermont building codes Working with subcontractors to repair issues beyond capabilities and allowance by the state Special projects and other tasks as needed
We are seeking candidates that:

Have the ability to lift heavy objects as needed Have an eye for detail Have some previous experience with facilities maintenance (preferred) Have reliable transportation Have the ability to work weekends if needed
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
