Position Overview:

A Facilities Maintenance Associate supports the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our automotive dealership. This hands-on role is vital in keeping our facilities in excellent condition and ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and employees. This position is full-time, Monday- Friday.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, basic electrical work, HVAC support, and landscaping Conduct regular inspections of the building, service bays, equipment, and grounds to identify and address potential issues Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or services Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the common areas, restrooms, employee spaces, and exterior property Respond to maintenance requests from all departments in a timely and professional manner Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and order replacements as necessary Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership standards

Qualifications:

Prior experience in facilities or general maintenance preferred, ideally in a commercial or dealership setting Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States Valid Driver's and a favorable motor vehicle record Able to pass a pre-employment background check
