A day in this role
Picture your morning walking the production floor, checking CMMS tickets, and aligning technicians on the most urgent tasks across HVAC, chilled water, and electrical distribution. • Inspect in?process work; recommend improvements, changes, or corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve issues, approve related expenditures, and address stakeholder questions and complaints.
  • Source, select, and manage third?party contractors; negotiate and secure supplier agreements; verify deliverables and safe work practices.
  • Contribute to the operating budget; order parts and materials; track costs for supplies, labor, and contractors.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings; report project status and priorities.
  • Support new construction and remodeling; determine and design electrical/mechanical systems; oversee installation; develop and supervise prototype machine builds.
  • Maintain accurate records for work performed, materials used, and invoice processing within the computerized purchasing system.
  • Champion OSHA and Company safety requirements; ensure training, audits, and housekeeping are consistently executed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
