Facilities Coordinator - Thompson's Point (Full-Time, Benefits) Portland, Maine | $25/hour + Benefits | Full-Time, On-SiteThompson's Point is looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Coordinator to help keep our buildings, grounds, and event spaces clean, safe, and ready for guests. This full-time position includes benefits and the chance to be part of a hardworking, close-knit team that keeps one of Portland's most iconic venues running smoothly.What You'll DoOversee daily cleaning operations -- manage and coordinate the schedule for janitorial and cleaning staff.Perform and assist with building and grounds maintenance: repairs, landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep.Set up and break down equipment, furniture, and infrastructure for concerts, weddings, markets, and other events.Support the facilities and events teams during live events, helping troubleshoot and respond quickly to on-site needs.Maintain supplies and help track recurring maintenance schedules (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, etc.).Work alongside staff and vendors to keep spaces guest-ready and up to Thompson's Point's high standards.What We're Looking For1+ year experience in facilities, custodial, or maintenance work.Experience or comfort with scheduling, coordination, or light supervision a plus.Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive mindset.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended shifts.Flexible schedule -- nights, weekends, and holidays required during busy event seasons.Why Work With Us$25/hour + full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, and holidays).Full-time, year-round position with stable hours.Join a dependable, team-oriented crew that keeps Portland's waterfront landmark running.Work behind the scenes at concerts, festivals, markets, and community events that make Thompson's Point special.Apply today to join the Facilities Team at Thompson's Point -- where every day brings something new.
