Job Description




MileOne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support our Real Estate & Facilities team. This role provides operational support to ensure the efficient maintenance, operation, and coordination of MileOne facilities across multiple locations.


Compensation: $26-$28/hour


Schedule: In office, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00


Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility work order tickets, ensuring timely assignment, follow-up, and closure
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with internal maintenance technicians, vendors, and dealership personnel
Track projects, vehicles, maintenance costs, and work order trends; prepare reports for leadership
Support small capital projects, including obtaining quotes, reviewing invoices, and tracking spend
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, RFPs, and competitive bidding processes
Maintain accurate facility records, documentation, and preventive maintenance schedules
Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and process documentation
Collaborate with internal departments (MIS, HR, Accounting, Dealership Leadership) on facility needs
Provide general administrative support, meeting coordination, and special project assistance as needed


Experience & Qualifications:


1-3 years of experience in facilities operations, site coordination, or a related role
Automotive dealership or multi-site experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and vendor management skills
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow


Physical & Other Requirements:


Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and external partners
Valid driver's license required
