Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
Performing field and laboratory testing
Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred 2 years of related building enclosure field inspection experience preferred Professional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way * This position requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed The expected pay range for this role and location is $20-$27/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
