Pay: $110,000.00 annually

The Facility Administrator provides on-site support to the Johnson & Johnson Site FM Lead, acting as a key liaison for facilities-related matters. This role ensures smooth operations across the assigned building portfolio, coordinates special events, manages employee perk programs, and collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to deliver high-quality service.
Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with a positive customer service orientation.
  • Serve as main point-of-contact for client liaisons, meeting regularly to confirm quality standards are met and service issues are promptly resolved.
  • Act as liaison for Johnson & Johnson representatives on facilities-related issues; investigate and coordinate responses for problems, complaints, emergencies, and special events.
  • Assist with site inspections within the assigned building portfolio.
  • Manage special events in support of J&J Site FM Lead.
  • Oversee Employee Perk programs (Commutifi, Eat Club, Uber, ChargePoint) and maintain perk program database for new hires and terminations.
  • Manage and update Facilities SharePoint site.
  • Collaborate with departments (IT, Security, Food Services, etc.) to meet operational needs.
  • Submit work requests and track to completion; monitor SLA adherence by IFM suppliers.
  • Coordinate with onsite and regional Facilities teams to enhance service quality and client partnership.
  • Support space management activities, including CAFM updates and Moves, Adds, Changes.
  • Work closely with CBRE/ESFM/Allied teams to manage service requests and communicate effectively with end users.
  • Promote strong safety culture and ensure compliance with PPE and safe movement practices.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2-4 years of experience supervising employees or coordinating facilities operations.
  • Experience with facilities management or commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • MS Office proficiency required; SharePoint and CAFM experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record (if applicable).
