B Squared Pools is the creator of the patented interlocking polypropylene pool wall system and the innovative "Backyard Oasis" free-standing sunledge. We are expanding production and are seeking a reliable, hands-on Fabricator to join our team full-time.

Position: Fabricator (Full Time)

Location: Temperance, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + performance growth opportunities

About the Role

As a Fabricator at B Squared Pools, you will play a key role in manufacturing and assembling our product line including:

Inground pool wall kits using our interlocking polypropylene system Cold plunge pools and specialized shells Free-standing sunledges, steps, benches, and accessories
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, working with their hands, and being part of a tight-knit, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble polypropylene wall panels using hand tools, power tools, and plastic welding equipment Cut, rout, drill, and prep components according to engineered drawings Assemble full pool shells, sunledges, and cold plunges Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and structural integrity Maintain a clean and organized production space Assist with loading/unloading materials and finished products Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications

Prior experience in fabrication, plastics, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing Comfortable using saws, routers, drills, tape measures, and various power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

(Not required -- we will train the right person)

Experience with plastic welding, extrusion welding, or hot-air welding Experience working with polypropylene or similar materials Forklift experience Ability to read technical drawings or cut lists Mechanical aptitude
