We are seeking candidates for a Direct Hire Fabricator to work on 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Company Summary
This Minnesota based company designs, fabricates, and installs everything from countertops to retail displays and everything in between. This designer and fabricator utilizers multiple materials including natural stone, quartz, solid surface and specialty surfaces to serve their clients in commercial, residential and tooling divisions.
What a Direct Hire Fabricator will do:
- Glue materials for completed products
- Fabricate materials
- Hand route edges
- Sand Surfaces
- Install countertops to cabinets at job sites
- Use a variety of tools and machines & seaming table, hand router, sander, clamping systems, chop saw
- Must be able to read blueprints, follow instructions, continuous improvement
- Must have attention to detail/quality and problem-solving skills
- Solid work history
