Job Title: Fabricator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping load and unload deliveries, making job site deliveries and whatever is needed to fulfill the daily goals of the fab shop. The ideal candidate will be transitioned into learning the process of fabricating aluminum components and assemblies according to precise specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.

We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

This position typically runs

Monday through Thursday

, with

overtime opportunities

available based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various fabrication equipment including

miter saw, screw gun, drill, measuring tape, and a variety of hand tools

. Perform basic math calculations for accurate measurements and material planning. Assemble components to ensure proper alignment, fit, and function. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality targets. Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles by any method required including the use manual labor or operating a forklift.

Required Skills:

Solid math skills for accurate measuring and calculation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability in fabrication processes. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
