Job Description

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking part-time, seasonal waitstaff for the winter season. Responsibilities include setting tables; stocking service stations with supplies; explaining menu and specials to guests and answering questions about food preparations and contents; taking orders and accurately communicating them to kitchen and/or bar staff; serving food and beverages; and monitoring tables to ensure guests' needs are met. Requirements are high school diploma, able to contribute to team effort, ability to follow directions and work without constant supervision. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
