Full-Time Eyewear Order Fulfillment Coordinator

. This role is critical to ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, packed securely, and shipped on time.

Position Overview

As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for

picking, pulling, and preparing eyewear orders

with speed, accuracy, and care. You'll help maintain inventory organization, assist with restocking, and support the warehouse team to ensure smooth order flow from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

Accurately pick and pull eyewear orders by style, color, and SKU. Verify that all eyewear and accessories match customer invoices before packing. Safely and securely package orders for shipment, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition. Print and apply shipping labels as needed.

Inventory & Organization

Keep eyewear neatly organized in designated bins/shelves for quick access. Assist with restocking shelves when new shipments arrive. Conduct spot checks and cycle counts to confirm inventory accuracy.

General Warehouse Duties

Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow warehouse safety protocols and company procedures. Support the warehouse manager with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in warehouse, order fulfillment, or retail stock handling is a plus. Excellent attention to detail--accuracy is critical. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Comfortable lifting up to 25-30 lbs. Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems is helpful). Reliable, organized, and a strong team player.
Schedule & Hours

Full-time position: 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility may be available). No nights, no weekends.
